Privacy notice — owner review required

This notice describes what the current build actually does with inquiry data. Items the business owner has not confirmed are marked as open rather than presented as settled policy.

Status: not a final legal notice. The legal entity details to publish, the retention period, the deletion process and the privacy contact have not been confirmed.

What the inquiry form collects

When you submit the form, the site sends these fields to the LEADTOP inquiry service: your name, business email, company name, country or market, product interest, estimated quantity, requirements text and an optional WhatsApp number.

The service also records the page you came from when it is on this site, a campaign tag if the link carried one, and the submission time. A one-way hash of the submission is stored to prevent duplicate records; the hash is not used for advertising or profiling.

Where the data is stored

Submissions are saved in the site's inquiry database together with a notification record. In the current preview build that database is a local test database on the development machine, not a production service.

Email notification is not connected yet. The notification record is marked as a simulated delivery, and no real email is sent to LEADTOP or to you. No automatic reply is promised or sent.

What this site does not do

If analytics or a CRM connection is added later, this notice must be updated before that connection goes live.

Security and access

Submissions are validated on the server before storage, body size is limited, and obvious bot submissions are rejected without being stored. Access to the inquiry database is limited to the operational environment; no access-level or certification claim is made while the hosting environment is still being selected.

Open items before live collection

No privacy certification, legal compliance status or data-transfer mechanism is claimed while these items are open. Until they are confirmed, please avoid sending sensitive personal information through the form.
